About this project
At Octavia Carbon, we design, manufacture, and deploy geothermal-integrated Direct Air Capture (DAC) machines that filter CO2 directly from ambient air for permanent storage in geological formations. With our storage partners, a carbon mineralization company with operations in Kenya, we have launched the Global South's first DAC+Geological storage plant in Kenya's Rift Valley. Across the plant's 10-year lifetime, we aim to achieve >10,000 tons as verifiable removals, contributing to the global efforts toward climate mitigation.
