About this project
After implementing 2 Biogas CDM projects for 17,500 rural women, we wanted to reach out to extremely poor women who had neither cattle nor space near their kitchens to build biogasa units. In June 2020 we distributed 3,582 fuel efficient cookstoves to reduce firewood usge by 60%. 100% of carbon revenue received from the sale of carbon credits will be distributed to End User women as reward for valuable environmnetal service (avoidance) they have provided.
