About this project
From 2014 to 2021, FCS built 3,356 domestic Biogas units for rural women in 169 villages under a CDM project. However, there were very many more families who neither had cattle/space near their kitchens. We registered another CDM project and distributed 5,739 fuel efficient Woodstoves to these poorest of the poor. Carbon revenue from the sale of 11,000 GS VERs will be distributed to End User women as reward for valuable environmental services they provide.
