    About this project

This clean cooking project in Bangladesh distributes high-efficiency improved biomass cookstoves to Rohingya refugees, host communities, and other marginalized households. By replacing traditional wood-fuel stoves and three-stone fires with more efficient cookstove technology, the project reduces fuel consumption, lowers greenhouse gas emissions, and improves indoor air quality. In addition to its climate benefits, the project supports affordable access to cleaner energy, reduces time and cost burdens for households, creates employment, and contributes to multiple SDGs
